Ingredients:
Raw Astragalus, Atractylodes, Adenophora, Bupleurum, Chrysanthemum, Imperata cylindrica, Smilax glabra, Luo Han Guo etc
Preparation
- Wash ingredients and set aside.
- Bring 2 litres of water to boil in a pot, then add ingredients.
- Simmer at low heat for 30 – 40 minutes.
- Best to drink it warm.
Serves 2-3 Shelf life: One year keep refrigerated
